Requested Agenda Item Description: Salt Lake County owns a parcel of real property located at approximately 1111 West 3300 S. South Salt Lake City, Utah adjacent to James Madison Park. Questar Gas Company dba Dominion Energy Utah owns a parcel of real property abutting the County Property on the north The Dominion Property is located at 1075 West 3300 South, South Salt Lake, Utah. Dominion Energy and the County have agreed to adjust the boundary line between the properties, which will result in a decrease to the size of the Dominion Property and an increase to the size of the County Property. They agree to adjust the boundary line.  As part of this Agreement, Dominion Energy will quitclaim its interest outside of the new boundary line to the County for no fee.
