Requested Agenda Item Description: At the August 10, 2021 County Council informational briefing on the Mill Creek Canyon Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP), item 6.1 under Discussion Items, the accompanying resolution was omitted inadvertently. We are asking the Council to approve the resolution that sets forth and acknowledges the financial responsibilities for the FLAP funding between Salt Lake County and the Federal Highways Administration (FHWA) Central Federal Lands. Total project value $19,600,000; local required match $4,276,200 resulting in funding of $15,3233,800.
