Requested Agenda Item Description: Pursuant to Salt Lake Countywide Policy 2040, “GRAMA Appeals Procedure” County agencies must designate someone to initially respond to Government Records Access and Management appeals. The Council will vote to approve their legal counsel, Mitchell F. Park, as the Council agency’s designee.
