Requested Agenda Item Description: In accordance with the interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake County and South Jordan City, the Park Authority is responsible for developing and determining park policy consistent with local, state, and federal law. Additionally, they have the authority to operate and maintain the park.
As detailed in the accompanying applications and resumes, the nominees presented have a keen knowledge of parks, recreation, and community, as well as years of experience in government and public relations. Lastly, the nominees fulfill the interlocal cooperation agreement's required representation.
