Requested Agenda Item Description: This new grant is to support strategies around communities that have been impacted by COVID-19, such as Increasing/improving data collection and reporting for populations experiencing a disproportionate burden of COVID-19 infection, severe illness, and death to guide the response to the COVID-19 pandemic; building public health infrastructure and capacity to address COVID-19 health disparities and advance health equity. This grant along with the other new grant program "Health Literacy", Form #22684 will be placed in the new sub-department Health Equity Bureau.
