Requested Agenda Item Description: Combining HLT001 & HLT002 to repair the asphalt and replace the storm drain at South East Health as one project.  The existing system serves multiple properties and developing a joint resolution will require a long term effort of legal agreements, design, estimating, and project coordination and blending these two budgets will provide the financial resources to complete these tasks and efforts.
