Requested Agenda Item Description: Due to the ever changing job market conditions, Councilman Alvord and Councilwoman Winder Newton would like to create a council subcommittee to review and study the Salt Lake County employee compensation pay plans. The subcommittee would consist of at least 4 council members and the meetings will be held on a quarterly basis.
