Requested Agenda Item Description: The Salt Lake County Department of Human Services (Health Department) has requested a Fee Waiver for disposal of up to 800 Tons to cover all combined homeless encampment cleanups that are primarily in the northern part of Salt Lake County.  The Solid Waste Management Council unanimously recommended for approval this Fee Waiver request on 05/26/2021, subject to the approval of the new Fee Waiver Policy.
