Requested Agenda Item Description: The amendments recognize County Ordinance 3.42.073 that was previously not considered, which require all waivers be approved by the County Council. Clarifies how recommendations for approval are made to the County Council and provides a method for reimbursement to the Landfill. The Solid Waste Management Council unanimously recommended for approval these amendments on 05/26/2021.
