Requested Agenda Item Description: The Utah Legislature made some changes to state law in the 2021 General Session regarding the Mountainous Planning District. The Council voted earlier this year on the make-up of the Commission. This ordinance incorporates those changes made at the state and county levels. As this ordinance deals with land use, it will be sent to the County Planning Commission for review before coming to the Council for adoption.
