Requested Agenda Item Description: Community Development and Renewal Agency of Herriman has proposed for Salt Lake County to participate in a redevelopment project involving a 38-acre project area located directly south of 11800 South at approximately 7000 West. The purpose of the project is to subsidize infrastructure costs to facilitate light manufacturing development in the project area, with potential positive effects for similar developments in adjacent parcels
