Requested Agenda Item Description: The Council is being asked to approve changes to SLCO animal ordinance for best practices, changes provide for increased clarity and eliminate outdated practices. This is a first reading of the ordinance. Formal Adoption may occur at the April 20, 2021 Council Meeting.
