Reverse Property Split Due to Amended Plat

Requested Agenda Item Description: Parcel #27-03-207-054 was previously split into 27 parcels. After the split an amended plat was received from the Recorder’s Office which resulted in parcel boundary changes. The split is being reversed due to these changes. As a result, delinquent property taxes are now involved, and the parcel is certified to the 2021 Tax Sale.
