In 2018 SB 234 Legislature required Salt Lake County provide a match to Utah Department of Transportation’s $4M for Magna and West Valley City toward the construction of a new road at 2550 South. To date the County has provided Magna Metro Township with $1.5M. This amendment will provide the additional $500,000 to Magna for this transportation project.
