Description:  Salt Lake County owns fee title to several parcels of real property located at approximately 4474 South Main Street, Murray, Utah, identified as Parcel Nos. 21-01-426-001, 21-01-426-002, 21-01-426-003, 21-01-426-006, and 21-01-503-014 After marketing the County Property, an offer by Salt Lake Valley Habitat for Humanity, a Utah non-profit corporation (“SLVH”) and the Housing Authority of the County of Salt Lake, a body corporate and politic, sometimes doing business as Housing Connect (“Housing Connect”) (SLVH and Housing Connect are jointly referred to herein as “Buyers”)was selected by the County for the purchase the County Property.  Buyers have offered to purchase the property for $2,500,000.00, which has been reviewed and approved by Salt Lake County Real Estate Division as a fair market value for the County Property. The County and Buyers have negotiated to convey the County Property pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement (“Purchase Agreement”) attached hereto as Exhibit 1.  Having held public hearing after providing notice, the County declared the County Property surplus by Resolution No. 5468 on January 8, 2019.
