Appointment of Travis Evans to the Salt Lake County Bicycle Advisory Board

Description:  SLCBAC voted to recommend Travis Evans to be a member of the above-mentioned committee. Travis lives in Riverton and would represent County Council District 5 (currently unrepresented). In his professional life, Travis works for UDOT as the program manager overseeing the Safe Routes to School program. Additionally, he is involved with the Zero Fatalities campaign and multiple other bicycle/pedestrian initiatives. Travis has previously worked at a city level in public works / engineering and has extensive experience doing outreach and public engagement on bicycle/pedestrian topics. Travis comes to SLCBAC with a network connection to agencies and communities that SLCBAC desires to engage.
