Description: Countywide Policy 1155: County Participation in Tax Increment Financing Project Areas was created in 2012. It was then updated in 2018 to reflect legislative changes with the intent to review the policy one year later. This update to Policy 1155 makes additional changes to the policy that 1) reflect further legislative changes and 2) to ensure better process for the use of tax dollars in project areas
