Description:  Updates to Title 5 to comply with 2018 legislative changes.  SB20 Misdemeanor Amendments - requirement to identify any violations that will result in a misdemeanor. 5.21 amended to comply with HB324 regarding regulation of retail tobacco specialty businesses.  5.22 amended to comply with SB167 regarding regulation of mobile food businesses
