Preliminary discussion on proposed changes to “An ordinance Amending Sections 19.54.020 Of Uniform Zoning Ordinance Of Salt Lake County, Utah To Allow The Keeping Of Up To 4 Horses Per Acre In The FA (FOOTHILL AGRICULTURAL) Zones.body

 

Description:  A preliminary discussion on potential changes to the FA section of the SLCO zoning ordinance to allow up to 4 horses (for personal use) per acre. Currently, 4 horses are allowed for personal use only.  After receiving preliminary input from the council, these proposed changes will be presented to the planning commission.  At a later date, this ordinance will be brought back to the council for approval.
