Description: Intermountain Healthcare donation to the SLCo Health Department with a donation of $7,500 to support the mutual interest of reducing the incidence of prediabetes and diabetes in our community. The donation agreed to is to support the SLCo Health Department’s provision of the National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) for low-income and uninsured community members. Funding is to provide scholarships for participants in the health screening events held in Salt Lake County, and is based on a $250 per participant, up to 30 scholarships.
