A Resolution authorizing the Salt Lake County Mayor or her designee to enter into a pass through funds agreement with the Utah Department of Transportation.
Description: SB 268 (2019) Transportation Infrastructure Bond Amendments provided $500,000 to be passed through the County to Magna Metro Township for the road construction at approximately 2650 South between 7200 West and 8000 West. The County is required to provide UDOT with a final written itemized report detail how the money was spent. The County can only spend the funding for the purpose set forth in SB 268 (2019).
