Description: This amendment increases the repayment cap from $7,000,000 to $7,750,000 on Salt Lake County Contract No. 0000001789 which was effective as of March 31, 2018. This is needed because the loan that was made to Cottonwood Heights was in the among of $7,750,000 and the repayment cap needed to match the loan amount.
