Description: Salt Lake County is the local mental health authority for Salt Lake County residents and is required to submit an annual Area Plan, approved by the County Council, to the State Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health. The due date is May 15, 2019. Timely submission of this plan is a requirement to draw down funding for local mental health and substance use disorder services.
