Description:  Salt Lake County and Salt Lake City, as tenants in common, jointly own a certain parcel of real property located at approximately 6030 West California Avenue, Salt Lake City, Utah, also identified as Parcel No. 14-11-300-007. The Property is currently in public use as a landfill. The Utah Department of Transportation (“UDOT”) has a construction project for the Mountain View Corridor Freeway that will impact the Property. The construction project will affect a portion of the Property immediately adjacent to California Avenue (1400 South).
