Description: The Salt Lake County recently acquired a parcel of real property in South Jordan, Utah, where it plans to build a new library in the Daybreak development. The County also recently acquired an improved parcel of real property in West Jordan, Utah, to be used as its operations The Salt Lake County Municipal Building intends to finance the construction of library facilities at the Daybreak Property and the Ops Center Property through the issuance of municipal bonds. Therefore, the County has agreed to transfer title of the Daybreak Property and the Ops Center Property to the MBA. The Salt Lake County Library Board has approved transfer of the Daybreak Property and the Ops Center Property to the MBA.
