Description: Salt Lake County wishes to accept a donation of a portion of a parcel of real property located at 1571 East 1140 South, Salt Lake County, Utah, aka, a portion of Parcel No. 28-21-177-030. M. Don Forbush, trustee of The Sweetheart Garden Trust, dated December 5, 2014, is the record owner of the Property and has offered in writing to donate the Property to the County for no fee. The County is interested in acquiring the Property to use as part of the public road. Mr. Forbush, as Trustee, and the County have prepared a real estate donation contract, outlining the terms of the donation, and Mr. Forbush, as Trustee, has signed a Declaration of Gift as required by Salt Lake County Policy.
