Description: This amendment to an interlocal agreement between Salt Lake County and Wasatch Front Waste and Recycling District (WFWRD) will give additional flexibility for the parties to negotiate service levels and clarifies what conditions may trigger a service level adjustment. It also guarantees that the County and WFWRD will continue to meet and discuss the service levels associated with the contract while decisions are being made regarding the possibility of awarding a contract to a private vendor for operation of the transfer station.”
