Description: CJAC was created by resolution over 20 years ago. A new ordinance is needed to formally create CJAC and update the form of government referenced in the resolution. This ordinance also creates a rotating CJAC chair. Under the new draft ordinance, chair leadership will rotate every year among the Salt Lake County Mayor, District Attorney, Sheriff, and County Council.
