Description:  RE: 3489  Resolution to surplus and dispose of Real Property. Salt Lake County Real Estate has determined these parcels surplus and has received multiple offers to dispose of them. Salt Lake County Real Estate has identified the highest and best offer and is proposing approval of said offer. The offer meets and exceeds the fair market value of the property.
