Description: The proposed Project Pepper River budget amendment represents an opportunity to reutilize the abandoned Fairchild semiconductor building in West Jordan City (WJC) and bring significant personal property investment to the community. The Salt Lake County portion of the increment generated by this project area will be used to offset some of the energy costs, bring in best available water use technology, and deepen the new tenant’s project with Rocky Mountain Power.
