A Resolution of the Salt Lake County Council Agreeing to the Willow Creek Country Club Annexation

Description: Sandy City is interested in annexing a portion of unincorporated county totaling approximately 176.3 acres located at approximately 8214 South to 8506 South Willow Creek Drive, 2550 East to 2570 East Robidoux Road, and 8300 South Etienne Way. In Utah Code Section 10-2-418(4) it states that the County “shall agree to an annexation if the majority of private property owners within the area to be annexed give written consent to the annexation.” Sandy has provided proof that the majority of property owners have given their written consent to this annexation. Salt Lake County Surveyor’s Office has reviewed the consent documents and verified the property owners who submitted them. As such, SLCo shall agree to this annexation which is reflected in the attached resolution.
