Description: The proposed West Valley City Fairbourne CRA represents one the of the final steps in a decade-long project to redevelop a challenged area and create a Central Business District for West Valley City. The Salt Lake County portion of the increment generated by this project area will be wholly used for public infrastructure in the form of construction of three parking structures, utility upgrades, and roadway improvements.
