Description:  SB 128 (2018) provided funding for parking facilities in a county of the first class that facilitate significant economic development and recreation and tourism within the state.  The ILA provides the terms of the transfer of funds which will facilitate the immediate release of $7.75M to Cottonwood Heights to partially fund a parking structure at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon in which the County will have a perpetual public easement for parking and other parking structures for regional parking solutions.
