A RESOLUTION OF THE SALT LAKE COUNTY COUNCIL AGREEING TO THE EAST WILLOW CREEK ANNEXATION

Description:  Sandy City is interested in annexing a portion of unincorporated county known as East Willow Creek. In Utah Code Section 10-2-418(4) it states that the County “shall agree to an annexation if the majority of private property owners within the area to be annexed give written consent to the annexation.” Sandy has provided proof that the majority of property owners have given their written consent to this annexation. Salt Lake County Surveyor’s Office has reviewed the consent documents and verified the property owners who submitted them. As such, SLCo shall agree to this annexation which is reflected in the attached resolution.
