Description: Authorizing the execution of Contribution Agreement providing for the transfer of $1,400,000 of House Bill 3 funds, which were appropriated to make road, gutter, and sidewalk improvements related to homeless resource center development, to Shelter the Homeless, Inc. The transfer of these funds would allow for improvements along 1000 West between 3300 South and 3450 South in South Salt Lake City.
