Description: Draper City is proposing the South Mountain Community Reinvestment Project Area to be administered by the Redevelopment Agency of Draper City. The project will serve as a catalyst in stimulating private investment and attracting new high-paying jobs to Draper City by serving as the new headquarters of Pluralsight. This presentation is to introduce to the Council the project overview and a DRAFT interlocal agreement between Salt Lake County and the Redevelopment Agency of Draper City.
