Description: Review of the Countywide Security Policy to improve communication among the relevant stakeholders and the County’s Protective Service personnel regarding changes in threats levels, which could be event-driven or seasonal; to introduce threat assessment as a concept in order to develop a plan for conducting assessment of County facilities using internal staff as well as extra-mural experts; and to control access to County facilities outside normal working hours by using common-sense identification techniques and one-on-one dialogs
