Description:  RE: 3703.007  Salt Lake County in conjunction with the Shelter the Homeless is interested in purchasing this parcel as it is located on 1000 west adjacent to the Shelter located in South Salt Lake City. Salt Lake County would like to Purchase the property for its appraised value as well as pay certain relocation costs to assist the Sellers in transitioning to a new location.
