Description: RE 3703 TAX ID: 15-35-200-004 Salt Lake County owns a narrow strip of land between 900 West and 1000 West in the City of South Salt Lake currently not in public use. The property is adjacent to the State of Utah, Division of Facilities Construction and Management. In order to facilitate a required secondary access Salt Lake County will convey the property in fee to the State of Utah for no cost. SLCO will retain an easement on the property for access.
