Update of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Policy (Countywide Policy 1400-7)

Description:  We need to update this policy to reflect a change in training and security requirements. This policy was last updated in January of 2017. The updated language in the policy has followed the new process recently established where in it is reviewed by the Solutions Working Group (SWG), the Governance Working Group (GWG), and finally the Technology Advisory Board (TAB) who has authority to send policy to Council. TAB voted to recommend the policy to the Council at their meeting on 5/31/2018.
