Description: Authorizing the execution of the amended and restated interlocal cooperation agreement providing for the transfer of $2,000,000 of county SB 277 funds to Cottonwood Heights City to be used for certain costs to complete multiple transportation projects. Adjustments and revisions include revising the reimbursement date to June 20, 2017 and revising the projects in Exhibit A to include the following: Fort Union Blvd, Highland Drive, 2700 E, Bengal Blvd, Highland Drive/1-215, and 2300 E in Cottonwood Heights.
