Requested Agenda Item Description: This ordinance establishes that Juneteenth shall be observed by Salt Lake County annually on June 19th. If the holiday falls on a Saturday, it shall be observed on the preceding Friday. If the holiday falls on a Sunday, it shall be observed on the following Monday.
