body

Description:  Salt Lake County owns land located at approximately 4042 South 7200 West, Magna, Utah identified as Parcel No. 14-33-406-002. The County is currently developing this parcel into a regional park. As part of obtaining approvals from Magna Metro Township to develop the regional park, Magna has requested that the County dedicate a portion of the County Parcel adjacent to 7200 West and a portion of the County Parcel along Valley Forge Road for public use. The 7200 West Dedication Area and the Valley Forge Road Dedication Areas are collectively referred to as the “Dedication Areas.” The County Real Estate Section recommends that the Dedication Areas be dedicated to the public use for no fee with the consideration for the conveyance being that Magna shall use the Dedication Areas as part of the public roadway system.
