Requested Agenda Item Description: The Council will vote on the proposed 3rd Amendment to an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake County and the Cottonwood Heights Community Development and Renewal Agency regarding the County’s participation in the Canyon Centre Community Development project area. The 3rd Amendment to the ILA updates the project area plan and project area budget. The amendment does not change any financial terms of the County’s participation in the project area.
