Requested Agenda Item Description: Revisions have been made to Financial Administration Policy 1060 (last updated in 2009). Ordinance 2.90 was created from Policy 1060 with the intention of aligning the two, while avoiding duplication. Revisions are also included for sections 2.95 and 2.06B of the ordinance.
