Budget Adjustment: Flood Control requests an additional $20,000 to complete phase 2 of the 4-phase culvert cleanout at 3300 S and 700 E. Funds are available to transfer from Flood Control Small Projects, making the adjustment budget neutral

Requested Agenda Item Description: An additional $20,000 is required to complete Phase 2 of this 4 phase project. Phase 1 is under construction (transition structure and west pipe under 633 E 3300 S). Flood Control and the contractor are optimistic that Phase 2 (east culvert under the same property) can be completed before spring runoff. We anticipate re-evaluation of the remaining phases after spring runoff. Funds are available to transfer from project EFCFPXX1003, Flood Control Small Projects, making the adjustment budget neutral.
