Budget Adjustment: Telecommunications requests a technical adjustment of $700,000 to correct an entry error from the approved budget adjustment for County-wide video conferencing equipment.

Requested Agenda Item Description: The 2022 interim adjustment Form ID 26931 was intended to be a one-time adjustment. An error was made in that interim adjustment that did not completely reverse the entry in the future year adjustments section for 2023, which caused a negative account balance and a negative appropriation unit balance in the Capital Appropriation Unit. This adjustment will correct that error and remove the negative balances.
