Consideration of a Resolution of the Salt Lake County Council Approving Execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District Providing for the Receipt of Funds for Use Toward a Local Match Requirement
Requested Agenda Item Description: The Municipal Services District (MSD) Board allocated $1,365,619 on October 11, 2023 of funding to be used toward the local match requirement for the Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) Millcreek Canyon project. This interlocal agreement allows for the reimbursement to Salt Lake County of the allocated funds paid to the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for the FLAP grant local match.
