Requested Agenda Item Description: There are two FTEs in this department ID only. One has been on an Incentive Plan, the other will be receiving a bonus and both receive an equity adjustment. This adjustment is to move funds available in operating sector to personnel sector to cover these additional costs since there have not been vacancy salary savings to cover in 2021.
