Proposal of Façade Improvement Grant Program for Magna Main Street

Requested Agenda Item Description: Staff have developed a plan to implement a Façade Improvement Grant Program on Magna Main Street. This program would make three grants per year of up to $50,000 each to improve or restore facades for buildings on Magna Main Street, paid for with increment received through the active project in the area. This will be a short presentation for Board feedback.
